Pepper and Mitch's Halloween Bash of the Year :)

So last night, Tiffany and I were invited and attended Pepper Nix and Mitch's Halloween party, and it was insanely fun :) I don't remember the last time I had as much fun. Photocabina had come out to announce Pepper and Mitch as the new Regional Directors for their most awesome photo booths. It was a huge hit and these were a few of the pictures we got. My favorite costume of the night was Mitch's South Park Satan costume :) Thanks again for the invite Pepper and Mitch, you guys are the best and I appreciate your friendship and leadership.

Song of the Day. The Smashing Pumpkins - Thirty-Three

When life is down, I love listening to this song. It just relaxes me and carries me away in thought about what I can do to make it better. One thing about me is my mind is constantly going, a million thoughts a minute, and sometimes it's hard to focus. I am constantly striving to be a better person and dreaming of all I'd like to achieve and be someday. As we all know, reality can knock us on our butts and make us question our dreams and our ability to achieve those dreams. It's times like these when I like to take a break from all these thoughts and dreams racing through my mind and just relax and refocus. This is one of the songs that I listen to while relaxing and refocusing. I hope you enjoy it as it's a classic Smashing Pumpkins song and the video is so visually stimulating.

They are a death metal/progressive band and you can check out their myspace page HERE It's definetly a lot harder then I am used to listening too, but they have some mad talent.

Tara and Scott Groomals

So last night, I had the honor of shooting groomals for Tara and Scott. Their wedding is coming up on 10/24 which is in 5 days, so I had to immediately finish the post production on these so they could get some prints done up for the wedding. We had intended to start the session with some shots in the Beehive Tearoom, but we were sadly turned away because bridals are not allowed on Saturdays. So I was a little worried that would've ruined the momentum of the shoot, but things only went up from there. As I was shooting them sitting on the Trax in the first shot seen, a worker for the Off Broadway Theater came up and said we were more than welcome to shoot in the empty theater. Awesome, I had always wanted some theater shots and as we were finishing up, she gave us both a set of comp tickets for a free show. How awesome was that. Then as we were walking down the street, one of the street folk stopped us to congratulate Tara and Scott and began serenading them by singing love songs. It was pretty funny and sweet. Lambs Grill then welcomed us in their cafe for some diner shots. Anyways, it was so hard to narrow my favorites down, but I will let the photos speak for themselves. How did I do?

Here they are being serenaded by a Stevie Wonder song :)
