Whitney and Morgan Wedding - extremely long post

So last week I flew out to Long Beach Airport to shoot Whitney and Morgan's wedding at the Newport Beach Temple. I flew in a day before the wedding and was lucky enough to hang out with Brody Dezember and Stacey Petersen of Dezember Photography at Disneyland :) Then the next day it was all business for the wedding. It was a long day of shooting and I got super sunburned but got so many amazing images. Whitney and Morgan have known each other since they were but wee little toddlers (as you will see in one of the pictures, a picture of them when they were young and played together). It's so cute that many decades later they are now married. I loved finally meeting both of their families and getting to know them better. Whitney and Morgan got to cut their wedding cake with Whitney's Great Grandfather's World War I sword. I think my favorite part of the wedding was the candy buffet ;) Anyways, I had the most difficult time narrowing it down so I included all of my favorites.

I must say I've never seen a ring quite like that.
Also... sun glasses are pretty pivotal to middle of the day beach shots.
Some other nice stuff.
Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for capturing such an incredible day in amazingly beautiful photographs that do our memories justice.
The candy buffet was created by SavvyGirlCompany and the owner Cydney Dixon. She creates candy displays in San Diego and Orange County areas. You can call her at 619-857-7099 or email her at Cydney@savvygirlcompany.com. She is amazing just like Dustin...

I love her fun bright colors! How fun for you to shoot a destination wedding. I wish I could have met up with you in Provo last week, but I got the email too late. I'll continue to watch your work.
