Day with D one on one workshop - Hailee and Andrew

So last week, Tawsha Hannig of The Color Blue Photography hired me for a one on one workshop and spent the day with me learning and shooting. We shot around Kaysville, Layton, and Clearfield with Hailee and Andrew who are getting married in December of 2010 :) They made awesome models and I was so happy when they volunteered to do the shoot with us. Here were some of my favorites from the shoot. Thanks Hailee and Andrew for being such good sports, and thanks to my intern Rachael for coming and helping with the reflector :D

These are beautiful images! I recognize a few locations from my stomping grounds, but that purple garage is really cool!!

These are phenomenal. I would love to know the settings on the camera for the spinning one on the playground equipment.

What an absolutely adorable pair! The locations are too fab, and the posing is hilariously genius! Wish I could have been there, but that Tawsha is one lucky chica!! Kudos guys!!!

I love the backlight with the flies in the background. I also love the panning shot on the merry go round.

Your pictures are amazing and very well executed. The only thing that turns me off is that they all seem soooooooo serious. This is the greatest moment of their lives, their true love is standing right there, why aren't they smiling more?

Wow! Love this shoot. Well, let's be honest, I love every shoot you do! I really love that last image, and the spinny one. Very nice.

Saxromney, some people prefer the serious look, there is nothing wrong with that, just because they do not smile in most of the shots doesn't mean they aren't madly in love. That's not to say that all the shots I do are serious, I do a mixture of serious posing with playful and candid shots. Hopefully you will keep coming back to see the other fun stuff I do.
